Is your job a calling or just a job?

As a pastor, we used the term all the
time, but normally in faith and ministry terms. But what if you thought of your work as a calling? Would it be just another ‘passion’ discussion? You know, where we seek our passions until we are retired, and realize we never found it exactly as specified.
Maybe the calling is to the character required to do well in life as we benefit humanity, and not so much an exact type of work.
