I cannot make time for you, that is something you will have to make on your own. But I may have found a way to get funding to alleviate the affordability issue. If you qualify, you can be eligible for anywhere from 60% to 100% of training costs covered. (Depending on your province)

I offer training that helps leaders develop their skills and personal growth.

My desire is to see leaders freed to lead. In my own experience, and through countless conversations with vocational leaders and staffers, freedom is not the first word that comes to mind. Many struggle with the daily pressures of administration, the balancing of opinions and demands, and maintaining a personal spiritual journey they would wish upon everyone in Christ. That is a tightrope. Discovering our own personal limitations and key areas of growth is a huge step in allowing God to shape us into the leaders He desires us to become. The same could be true of everyone else called into ministry on your staff.

True health in leadership is not satisfying a list of demands; it is an outpouring of what God is working in and through you.
