Well, not everything went exactly as planned, but rarely does it in life.

I came to talk about communication and conflict, but the conversations outside of the sessions will be what I will remember most. We all have so much to learn when it comes to communicating. It is not restricted to one place or one group.

Communication is both a human need and one of our greatest deficiencies.

Who needs to know? And what did they need to know? Should I have said something? What are we doing?

Unfortunately all too often when we struggle to communicate we find the root of our conflict. So I am thankful once again for the invitation to your community, and the opportunity to learn more with you. We learn and grow as we hear one another.

The stories from another should always enrich you, and I am blessed to have heard more of yours!
